11:24am: Mauricio arrives at PSP (Palm Springs International Airport)
12:32pm: Jess arrives at PSP
1:00pm: Fawn pick up Mauricio and Jess at PSP and meet us at Las Casuelas in Rancho Mirage, CA for lunch
After Lunch: Fawn take Mauricio and Jess back to hotel to get settled
7:30pm: Dinner at Hotel – Cava restaurant at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa at Indian Wells, CA
November 12 - SATURDAY
Morning: Breakfast on our own
By 10am: Fawn pick up Mauricio and Jess at hotel and bring to Andrea and Brian’s house
Hang out at Andrea and Brian’s house after breakfast
Lunch at Andrea and Brian’s
12:47pm: Leah arrives at PSP, will take uber to hotel
Afternoon: Fawn to take Mauricio and Jess back to hotel if they want to freshen up before dinner
4:30pm: Andrea, Brian, Carl pick up rental car from airport
5:30pm: Fawn, Mauricio, and Jess meet others at Tommy Bahama for dinner (Fawn drive)
November 13 - SUNDAY
Morning: Breakfast on your own, or Starbucks on the way (breakfast, coffee on the road)
7:30am: Andrea, Brian, Carl pick up Fawn
8:00am: Andrea, Brian, Carl, Fawn, pick up Mauricio, Leah, Jess at hotel – DEPART by 8am
Spend day at Joshua Tree National Park
Lunch near Joshua Tree
7:30pm: Dinner at Lavender Bistro – Fawn pick up Mauricio, Leah, Jess at hotel, and meet Carl, Brian, Andrea at restaurant – reservation under Brian Rolf, ask to be outside
November 14 - MONDAY
10am: Breakfast at Ernie’s in La Quinta, CA – Fawn pick up Mauricio, Leah, Jess at hotel, meet us at Ernie’s at 10am – reservation under Brian Rolf, outside
Spend day at Andrea and Brian’s house: enjoy outdoor kitchen, pool, putting green, bocce ball court, etc.
2pm: Lunch/Pizza
4:30pm: Joey, caterer, to arrive (Mediterranean menu can be viewed here: https://theedenmagazine.com/joey-santos/)
Dinner at Andrea and Brian’s house – food catered, Katy will join us
7:30pm: Dinner served
